Reena Devi (b. 1986, Singapore) is a journalist and editor who spent a decade reporting for top drawer media in Hong Kong, London, New York, and Singapore, including The Art Newspaper, Artsy, ARTnews, South China Morning Post, Ocula, The Peak, and more.
She began her full-time career at the Singapore Art Museum and National Heritage Board, learning the ropes from pioneering museum leaders and curators who made an international impact.
This was followed by full-time reporting stints at Today and Yahoo Singapore, where she built a strong foundation in journalism.
As an independent arts journalist and editor, Reena expanded her coverage and network across Southeast Asia, East Asia, the Middle East UK, US, and Europe.
Since 2023, Reena has been building Art Industry Insights With Reena Devi with no investors, no ads, no patrons, just commissioned work, and more recently, reader support for non-commissioned work.
